5.4 Bonus Terms and Conditions
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
- Each bonus is usable only once (per person, per home address, per device)
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering must be completed first
- The bonus applies only when depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer
5.5 VIP Program
The zettbuz VIP program has 5 tiers and each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

7.3 Technical Violations
